Good food. Higher end diner options at good prices. I recommend the VIB option for food allergen/sensitivity as you get to build your own meal. As always exercise caution with severe allergies when ordering from any restaurant.
Stopped by here with my mother who wanted breakfast at 1:45pm. I ended up with my usual, a Bacon Lovers BLT. Normally, you can't go wrong with a BLT and they always look great. But what I received for a ten dollar meal was sad. It was such a small BLT, one small slice of tomato, with one white hard end of the lettuce, and only 4 pieces of bacon, not six, and I added onion rings which was six small greasy onion rings just thrown on the plate, I would not have paid not even 5 for this sad meal, if that. Shout-out to our waitress, Georgina from New York (Bronx ????), who made sure we were taken care of and even said she knew before putting it on our table, how dinky it looked and went and sought out the manager for me. The manager on duty at first said onion rings were normal, but ended up helping me by getting me a new one which actually looked good and showed the quality of the restaurant. I'd go back again for Georgina any day, she was great, nice, and had a keen eye. I'm unsure if they have a new cook, but if so, I hope they know that had I not spoken up and if that first plate was my first time visiting, I would have never returned to the establishment.
