    Usually very good. There is one specific server there that is very sarcastic. Have had issues with her in the past but never have complained. Today spoke to the manager to no avail, just as sarcastic as her. So sorry they have changed the management that was there before. Will miss the food but will not be back.

    Let me start by saying that I NEVER leave bad reviews. I have better things to do. If I’ve had a bad experience at your business I just never go back. But, I feel like this place is a GOOD business with GOOD food, but REALLY bad management and attention to detail from the employees. If these issues were fixed everything would be fine. Let me explain: I have eaten at this Tijuana Flats location 7 times since they opened. Yes, I remember how many times I’ve eaten there and there’s a reason for that. EVERY TIME we have eaten at this location our order has been messed up or sides are completely left out. I love the food and always wanna give the business the benefit of the doubt…we’re human and we all make mistakes, but this is a chronic problem that never seems to be remedied. When this location first opened we ordered delivery. When we got our order it was wrong and the sides were left out. I was annoyed, but too lazy to drive up to the place to get it corrected. Several months later we ordered delivery again and the SAME THING. I went on Yelp and left a review and was graciously reached out to by the manager and offered a free meal. I wasn’t angling for free food when I left the review, but thought the gesture was nice. We went to eat-in one day to redeem the free meal. The place wasn’t even busy and they messed up the order AGAIN. We ate in the store a few more times and every time we had to keep reminding them that they left something off our order. At that point I stopped going to this location for a LONG time. Recently, I decided to give this location another chance. We ordered a pickup order and I foolishly didn’t check to make sure the order was correct and had everything. When we got home, sure enough, no sides for the entrees we ordered. Today was the last straw for me. I stopped in to place an order to go for my son. The place was EMPTY, maybe one couple sitting in the back. We ordered an entree as a meal and chips and queso, a very small, simple order. Our order came out very quickly and before I left I stopped to check and make sure everything was in the bag. NOPE… no sides for the meal! I even second-guessed myself and thought maybe I didn’t tell the cashier that I wanted a meal, but the sticker on the container clearly showed that I ordered a meal. I was just dumbfounded. No one is even HERE and you still cannot get the order right??! The problem isn’t the quality of the food at this location, it’s the employees. NOTHING that leaves their kitchen is double checked to make sure it is correct and that everything is there. It’s sheer laziness, plain and simple. I was so happy when St. Cloud got a Tijuana Flats because my family loves eating there, but I will gladly drive to the Lake Nona location when I need a taco fix because it’s evident that the St. Cloud location just CANNOT fix a chronic problem that has been there since it opened. If this simple step of double checking the order was corrected everything would be great. Please fix this so I can score great tacos closer to home!!

    BEWARE!!!! I read the reviews and had a fair warning!!! HORRIBLE! No other word to describe our one and only experience. I wish google would not make you give a star! Food was cold with a long wait and I ordered a steak burrito and that was the only steak I had on the entire burrito! It was so bad my husband, stopped eating and went to Taco Bell to get me a burrito. Tijuana Flats St. Cloud, DO BETTER!!!

    The chicken tacos were very good but I did not like and couldn't eat the beef ones. The salsa needed spicing up and mor salt it only tasted like tomato.

    I would have given a 0 star rating if that was an option because I wasn't even allowed to eat the food. My family who lives in Florida comes here all the time, and every time myself and my family visit, we also come here. But, after our most recent experience, we will no longer be supporting this establishment. We were not even allowed to order our food because we didn't have masks. We were stooped at the door and told "no mask, no service". The mask mandates were lifted, so I am shocked that this business is still mandating them. Shameful. We decided to give our business to another local mexican restaurant and we are so happy we did. They did not require masks and we were able to enjoy a nice lunch! I understand that it is YOUR right as a business to either require or not require masks, however, it is also the people's right to decide to give our business and money elsewhere as well. You have lost a lifetime customer! What a disgrace.
