As you can see by the expression in the photo that accompanies this review - we could not have been happier with the food, the service, and the people. By far the most mouth watering BBQ I have ever had, and I am no rookie. This surpasses even the finest, most masterfully crafted hole-in-the-wall-next-to-a-gas-station Kansas City BBQ. We had a smattering of the highlights. The corn casserole was RIDICULOUS. 10/10 would drive all the way back to St. Cloud for this. The ribs were cooked to perfection, beautifully lean without lacking flavor and the seasoning was a harmony of savory goodness. Even the simplicity of the garlic bread was divine. The collard greens were perfectly tender, not too salty, not overcooked or chewy. My stomach is rumbling and my mouth watering just recalling and writing this review. YOU NEED TO GO. It is a matter of life lived truly fulfilled and a life lived without knowing the true beauty of this BBQ. A million thanks to all the staff.
The fried chicken wings at this place have a crisp crusty crust which I can only say is like Willie Mays in New Orleans period it was amazing! The sides were great the brisket required no teeth to chew! if you don't know about Willie Mays in New Orleans it was voted America's best fried chicken.
Best smoked BBQ I've had in a very long time. The brisket is my favorite. The sides are great. The collard greens are perfect, they haven't been over cooked and are flavored perfectly, no vinegar!!! And the corn casserole is like dessert. I would recommend to anyone. If air conditioning is improved it may be more difficult to dine in during the summer months.
Really good, sweet barbecue. Brisket sandwich was large and tender, brisket split (fries covered with cheese and brisket, topped with BBQ sauce) was enough for 3. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.
If you are ever in Orlando area you must try this place. Being from Kansas City we love to try new BBQ joints were ever we go. Wow what a gem we found here! The flavor on the brisket and pork were spot on. Mac n cheese and beans were great as well. I know it will be hard, but save room for dessert. We all had strawberry shortcake and was scrumptious. We will definitely be back on our next trip.
