We decided to sell our home in order to move out of state and help my elderly parents. The situation was somewhat difficult as I was trying to use the proceeds of this house to pay off my parent's home. But not for Armando. Armando is a improvise, adapt and overcome kind of guy. Armando put together the most amazing listing and the house sold in a weekend, above asking price. Because of this man, I will be able to do what I need to do for my parents. We first found Hero Real Estate Group and Armando at a veterans get together, help by Ace Cafe. Me and my husband, asked for his contact information and went from there. During the process, Armando worked very hard and gave us his opinion, when asked. He would keep us inform of the process and what needed to happen.
