Real estate agent Nick Zervos is the MAN! Not only a great agent but a great human being! I had no experience in getting into a place to live! He stood by me every step of the way! I had no renters history and was still able to get into a nice and safe place to live! Took us two in person trips into finding a place for me and he always kept my personal needs in mind, we looked at more than 15 places, every place had what I needed and was in a area that made my wife and I feel safe and close to home! New to the Orlando area this is the GO TO GUY! I would honestly try to use him whenever and wherever I moved to if it was possible!! I still have a close and great relationship with Nick and don't plan on using anyone else in the future!!!
I have nothing but good things to say about Anthony and his team. From start to finish I felt he had my best interest in mind. From telling me due to the market being where it was at the time, I should consider new construction vs existing to get most bang for my buck.
