I understand this is a sellers market and houses are going fast. However, Barb at Weichert did a great job of marketing our house and selling to a qualified buyer. She was always present and available every step of the way to showings, home inspection and closing. She worked through any bumps that cropped up along the way. I just bought my townhouse using Weichart Realtors here in Saint Cloud, FL. It was a great experience! They were very understanding and patient with me. I needed a very specific home because I travel a lot for work. My realtor, Regina, never lost her cool after taking time out of her very busy day to show me properties, only to have me feel that none of them were the right fit. We finally found my home and I couldn't be happier! I received great advice along the way and never felt pressured.
