Heather was such a delight to work with! All emails were answered promptly and I was provided with timely updates on our application's process. She always kept me in the loop, I never felt lost or like I did not know what was going on during the application process. Heather went above and beyond even advocated for us with a neighborhood's HOA and providing sound advice when we needed it. They are a wonderful company! You will not regret working with them! :)
For 6 years Central Florida Real Estate Mgmt has managed our rental property. We could not ask for a more responsive and positive people to work with. Christie and her team were extremely professional and went above and beyond our expectations. When we made the difficult decision to move from Florida back to our home state, of course we enlisted Christie and her team to list and manage the sales process. These ladies are truly a piece of work. I work 13 - 14 hour days, they just want to waist your time & money. I had an appt and was double booked and unattended to. No one returns your calls. I put it an application because I was told I'd get a call back and she refuses to contact me??? $75 and a day off waisted AND i still can't get someone to help me get a home...
